Chef Olivier Gulizzi has always been passionate about food. A native of Marseilles, he quickly learned the secrets of the Mediterranean cuisine with his Sicilian grandmother.
Throughout various positions in France, Switzerland and in London, Oliver Gulizzi has acquired an extensive know-how and developed into a fine cuisine, where product quality is enhanced by their cooking, their subtle combination and their presentation. His creative kitchen with Cevennes and Mediterranean accents, is based on the best local products, as well as organic herbs and vegetables from our own gardens. As a result, his menus and dishes evolve following the seasons, so you always enjoy the freshest and most flavorful products. Finally, Olivier Gulizzi enforces use of organic, free trade and environmentally friendly products, not only for his cooking but in all matters involved in the running of a kitchen. |
