Friday the 13th of November and Saturday the 14th of November 2009 at 1930 in the Jardins du Ranquet restaurant.

Chef Olivier Gulizzi offers an exclusive eight course menu with the best of the season game such as mallard, pheasant, venison and wild boar accompanied by the best local produce and organic herbs and vegetables from our own gardens.

Working with a French Master Sommelier, Philippe Nusswitz, we will be offering a wine tasting menu perfectly matched with the menu of the evening.

Price including the wine menu is 135 Euro per person. An option without wine is also available.
