Herbs and vegetables are magnified by the Mediterranean climate, to offer with every season a palette rich and constantly renewed.

Each year, more than a hundred varieties are planted, jealously maintained during their growth, and finally hand picked at the best time according to their size, colour, texture and flavour.


Served immediately from the kitchen, the organic products in our gardens offer unsurpassed freshness.

Before your meal, our gardens are a colourful and fragrant walk to arouse your appetite and discover herbs and vegetables, later sublimated onto your plate.


After lunch, take-out baskets are available to pick your choice of gourmet vegetables and herbs, thus extending the emotion of the moment and the pleasure of the senses.
